Santhosh Kumar Jayaraman is a highly skilled and experienced Co-Founder and CTO at Incresco, a company that specializes in helping startups and enterprises in their digital transformation journey. With over 13 years of relevant experience, he has a strong passion for startups, scaling products, web application development, performance optimization, design system, mobile app development using React Native and Flutter with back-end systems on AWS, Azure, and GCP. Santhosh is a natural leader and mentor who loves to guide and inspire young people. He is also passionate about implementing best practices during coding to ensure that the end product is of the highest quality. As the Head of Engineering at Incresco, Santhosh is responsible for architecting scalable applications and leading the engineering team. Santhosh has a diverse background, having worked with various companies in the past. He co-founded Incresco and has also worked with xto10x, where he was responsible for building the 10xPeople platform from scratch. He built a common design system and common library for reusable modules, performed performance optimization on web applications, and built frameworks for Google sheets plugin and MS Teams Bot. Santhosh holds a BE degree in Production from the Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. He also attended Roever School of Excellence, Perambalur, where he completed his +2 education. He completed his primary education at Annai Paruvathammaa Matriculation School, Perambalur. Santhosh has a wide range of technical skills, including expertise in Senior Software Engineering, web and mobile development, AWS, Flutter, Azure, GCP, backend development, and React Native. He is an accomplished professional who is always looking to improve his skills and knowledge.
